SHIPPING

Free shipping on orders over $85 (US & Canada only).

$15 flat rate shipping for orders under $85 to Canada and the US.

We ship internationally with rates determined by destination at checkout.

Live locally? Select 'local pickup' when placing an order to pick your order up from the Somewon HQ in Revelstoke.

Once your order is ready to go, you will receive an email with your tracking number (check your junk mail).

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately as a small business we cannot offer exchanges. If you need to get a different size, please return the item and reorder in the desired size. 

 

RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original tags must be attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. 

Please contact info@somewoncollective.com to start your return.

We will send you a code for return postage through Canada Post. 

All returns via mail will have a $10 fee deducted from the refund total to cover shipping and restocking costs.

It is your responsibility to pack the product properly and deliver it to the post office. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

It is your responsibility to ship your items back to us. There is no $10 shipping and restocking fee for returning international orders.
